Remember SVO in English sentences. Try not to over complicate what you are wanting to say. Take advantage of the corrections you receive from the FE instructors. Have fun while learning English.

こんにちは！ソニャと言います。クロアチア出身です。
子供の時は内向的で、英語の本を読みまくり、インターネットで英語を使ってセーラームーンのことについてたくさん調べて、英語をマスターできました。
日本に2011年に留学のため来て、国立大学で学部と大学院を卒業しました。バイトはいろんなことを興味津々でやって、専攻は言語学・政治学でしたので、様々な方々と、様々なことについて議論することや経験することに没頭する日々を送っていました。外国語を勉強するということは、INPUT・OUTPUTを常に気にすることですね。
どのような言い方を英語でするのかをINPUTでしなければわかりませんし、まなんだことをどんどんOUTPUTした上でより深く理解し、確実に覚えます。
興味あることについて読んだり、ビデオ見たりした時、「英語を覚えなきゃ」という意識がなくなり、自然に理解してしまうことがポイントです。

Hi! I'm Simon. I am from New Zealand and have lived in Japan since 2000. During this time I have worked as both a teacher and manager at English conversation schools. I am currently teaching English to children.
When I first arrived in Japan I had a lot a lot of difficulty learning Japanese.It didn't come naturally to me, and I had never learned a language before, so I found my own ways of learning through trial and error.
I believe that this process has helped me as an instructor to see things from my students' perspective. I try to get into my students' minds, so I can figure out what they really want to say, and why they say things in a certain ways. With that in mind, I then try to give the best advice I can.

Currently I live in Canada near Niagara Falls. For the past 10 years I have worked as an entrepreneur helping people to buy and sell real estate. I do marketing, sales, and contract negotiations.
Previously I lived in Japan for 16 years, where I worked for American IT companies. I did my M.B.A. at McGill University's program in Tokyo. I have worked with many people whose first language is not English.
The keys to success are keeping your English clear and not being afraid to make mistakes. Then, as you see what works and what does not, learn from those mistakes and continually get better.
